사단법인 더좋은나무만들기는 국립산림과학원 임목육종부에 근무하고 퇴직한 임목육종, 양묘, 산림종자, 채종원, 유전자원 분야 전문가들이 모여서 우리의 산림의 질과 양을 개선하기 위한 연구사업, 기술지원사업 등을 수행하는 것을 목표로 노력하고 있습니다. 모두 전문성은 뛰어나지만 작은 부분에 몰두하다 보면 놓칠 수 있는 부분도 많겠지요?
여러분의 많은 지적과 격려는 저희가 더 나은 서비스를 하는데 큰 힘이 됩니다.
Welcome to better-trees for tomorrow
We are volunteers who are willing to help make our forest healthier and wealthier. All the members here are the retired staff at Korea Forest Service. We are conducting field survey and consulting planting the right trees for the right place on behalf of Korea Forest Service and its affiliated organizations. We always welcome your comments and suggestions for our better service.
이재천대표 임무(mission)
사단법인 "더 좋은 나무 만들기"는 산림청, 국립산림과학원 등 퇴직자들의 모임으로 몇 십 년의 업무에서 익힌 산림종묘, 임목개령, 유전자원보존 기술을 현장에 활용하여 우리의 산림을 더 가치있게 바꾸는 것을 목적으로 하고 있습니다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여
첫째, 관련기술교육 및 현장지도를 수행합니다.
둘째, 산림유전, 육종연구와 관련된 농산촌보급기술개발을 하고 있습니다
세째, 산림자원관리를 통한 임업발전을 도모합니다
마지막으로 위의 목적들을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 필요한 사업을 수행합니다
What We Are Doing
The better trees for tomorrow (BTFT) conducts applied research programs aiming at realization of the newest research results conducted by the Institutions affiliated with Korea Forest Service. Thus, we are conducting various field research programs for the government Institutes. However, we only focus here on the field of forest genetics, tree improvement, forest seed handling, and forest genetic resources management. All the members of BTTF have more than 20 years of experience with the fields. We share what we can do best with you!
